Refund policy

At Picksie Mailers, we want you to LOVE your products!  We take pride in our products and are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to make it right.

If there is an issue with your order, such as a defect or damage during shipping, we will gladly offer a full refund or exchange for the affected items. We may request photo documentation or other evidence of the issue to help us understand the problem and improve our processes.

If you simply change your mind about a product and wish to return it, we ask that you do so within 7 days of receiving your order. The items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags still attached. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your own protection.

Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the items, less any applicable shipping fees. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
