At Picksie Mailers, we LOVE our customers, and are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping to you. Here are some things to note:

  1. Processing Time: We process orders as promptly as possible and most items are shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours of receipt. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

  2. Multiple Shipments: In some cases, large orders may be shipped in multiple shipments due to size, weight, warehouse availability, or other factors. Please note that large shipments may be divided and arrive at different times.

  3. Shipping Options: We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard shipping and expedited shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method you choose and your location.

  4. Shipping Carrier: We work with reputable carriers to ensure timely delivery of your order, including the United States Postal Service and UPS.

  5. Shipping Times: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery, while expedited shipping can take 1-4 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.  Alaska and Hawaii can take up to two weeks unless expedited shipping is chosen. Most standard orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

  6. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your location and the shipping method you choose. You can view shipping costs for your order during checkout.

  7. Delivery Mishaps:  Occasionally USPS delivers to the wrong address.  In this case it is advisable to contact your local Post Office as soon as possible as they usually know exactly where they delivered it to.  In all other cases, please contact us if your order is delayed, lost, or damaged.
  8. International Shipping: We currently only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.
